Where we deliver

We deliver to all serviceable PIN codes across India through trusted courier partners.

Shipping charges

• Free delivery on orders of ₹1,499 and above.
• A flat ₹99 delivery charge on orders below ₹1,499.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at no extra charge.

Dispatch & delivery time

• Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 working days.
• Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take a little longer.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we send the tracking details by email/SMS. You can also see your order status any time under My account → Orders.

Delays & failed deliveries

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, festivals or courier delays. If the courier cannot deliver after repeated attempts, the order is returned to us and we will contact you.
