Exchange & Refund Policy

Exchanges within 7 days

We want you to love what you wear. If something doesn’t fit or isn’t right, you can exchange it within 7 days of delivery for another size or another style of equal value (subject to stock).

We do not offer returns for a refund. Exchanges only.

Conditions for exchange

• The item must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags attached.
• Please share an unboxing photo or video if you received a damaged, defective or wrong item.

How to request an exchange

1. Email ohmymyvibes@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the size/style you want.
2. We will confirm the exchange and share pickup or shipping details.
3. Once we receive and check the item, we dispatch your exchange within 3–5 working days.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it free of cost. If a replacement is not available, we will issue store credit or a refund to your original payment method (or bank account for COD orders) within 7–10 working days.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us. Prepaid cancellations are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
