1. Use of the website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it, copy its content or try to access it in an unauthorised way.
2. Products & prices
- We try to show every product’s colour and details accurately; actual colours may vary slightly with screens and lighting.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We may change prices, offers or stock at any time. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment made.
3. Orders & payment
An order is confirmed once you receive our confirmation email. Payments are processed securely by our payment partners; we never store your card or UPI details. Cash on Delivery orders may be confirmed by phone before dispatch.
4. Shipping, exchanges & cancellations

5. Offers, sale events & points
Sale prices, coupon codes and loyalty points are valid only during the stated period, cannot be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. Points have no cash value.
6. Intellectual property
All designs, photos, logos and text on this website belong to Oh My My and may not be used without our written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where Oh My My is registered.
